Brief de Design Graphique

I need an image or set of images that conveys the following: from confusion to agreement, from stagnation to momentum, from gas (particles independently floating around) to liquid (moving as one). This is to convey what my new app (named consensus) will allow I.e. for a group of people to agree quickly. The app is named Consensus and the tagline is 'agree quickly'.

The logo should not be in the design.

I am hoping to be able to use the image in a range of places e.g. a website slider, in app stores, etc. I am looking to convey the concept of lots of people coming to an agreement using my app named Consensus but I don''t want a picture of lots of people looking at mobile deices .... I am looking for a before and after image i.e. before "people are not in agreement" but after using the app "people are in agreement and progress is occurring"

Have updated a picture "Building Consensus" that I liked as a picture to express the way people would work without the Consensus app ... it would beed to be accompanied by a after picture which showed how people would work in harmony / in sync / in agreement once they had used the app.
