Brief de Design de Logo

We're a brand new Information Technology recruiting firm based Colorado that specializes in placing IT Executives, Software Engineers, and Data Management talent. We're looking for a unique yet simple and professional logo for our company, "Ross Search Partners, LLC" - something that will translate well to letterhead, resumes, business cards, email, etc. We would like to use a celtic "R" design for the first letter of the surname only (no elaborate celtic animals like dragons and what not, but a simple, not overly designed celtic "R"). We're open to viewing different types of fonts, layout presentation (it does need to fit on resumes), and color combinations (no more than 2 color combinations). In sum, we're looking for a professional looking company logo with a celtic touch without being over-the-top and coming across like a St. Patrick's Day promo. Thanks!
