Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a new ecommerce/online retailer based in NY called WiseBuys. We sell a wide array of products on a variety of online marketplaces such as Amazon & eBay, etc. We focus on competitive pricing, strive to provide unmatched customer service, and simple shopping experience for our customers. We currently have a logo but it definitely needs either a refresh or something entirely new and different - use your creativity, the choice is yours to either refresh current logo or make a new one. Hello and thank you all for working on this project and for your amazing efforts. It's much appreciated. Just letting you all know, I will provide personalized feedback to all once I get the chance.
To provide a little more detail as to what I am looking for in the design:
1) Please take a look at our sample design I uploaded.
2) "Wise" should be any shade of orange, and "Buys" should be any shade of blue.
3) The design fonts and concept must be cute and playful.
4) I have suggested to some designers the possibility of having the logo inside a cute shopping bag or shopping cart, so please consider using that in your concepts. But remember the whole design must be cute and playful.
5) When I requested the design to include a character, I wasn't so sure I wanted one. A couple of different designers have provided concepts with an Owl in it. I'm not so sure about the Owl. Maybe create a character using the "U" as a smile. But remember, it must be cute and playful.
6) Have fun, take your time, there's no rush, and enjoy it. Good luck and thank you all!
