Brief de Design de Logo

North Country Initiative is a partnership of hospitals, independent physicians and community providers working together to reform the healthcare system in the Tug Hill Seaway Region (Jefferson, Lewis and St. Lawrence Counties). Together this partnership of hospitals, independent physicians, and community providers carries out strategies to collaborate leadership, align incentives, create clinical programs and develop technical infrastructure. The outcome of these changes will improve the health of the community, reduce the cost of healthcare, and improve the care for patients.
The organization needs a logo that says "this partnership cares for "you", the healthcare of the whole community and the future healthcare needs of the region. We will be using this logo on all collateral that is sent out to patients, providers, hospitals, community-based organizations and media. The organization is located in upstate New York in the Tug Hill Seaway Region. We would like to see a design with the color green in it. We don't want any bright colors or bold colors. Keywords for message communicated by the logo: caring, partnership, community, quality, healthcare, success, caring for the whole patient, well being, trust, reliable, accountable, and efficient. The design should include a logo that can stand alone if necessary, the name "North Country Initiative" and the tagline: "A collaborative Vision - A Single Voice"
