Brief de Web Design

The idea behind this project is pretty simple. I am putting my penthouse apartment up for sale and am trying to be creative in selling it.

Technically this will be pretty simple, it will be 3 pages but graphically this has to be as impressive as possible which is why I am trying Design Crowd.

The apartment is located in Barra Da Tijuca, Rio De Janeiro, Brazil. (This is where the 2016 Olympic games will be held)

I am looking for an index page and 2 sub-pages. I am open to all kinds of designs and navigation's but it has to make an impression quickly with a professional and enticing design. The index page should make it obvious that there is a penthouse apartment for sale in Barra Da Tijuca ( suburb of Rio De Janeiro). The first sub page is about the Condominium where the apartment is located, the second sub page is about the apartment itself.

Index Page
This is the landing page and should make it obvious that there is an apartment for sale in Barra Da Tijuca, Rio De Janeiro with the following attributes

First Sub-Page
This is about the Condominium which is called "Wonderful Ocean Suites" with the following bullets
*Family friendly and safe
*Direct access to the beach
*Many amenities like pool, football court, gym, sauna

There should be some photos of the condominium and a link to the site of the condominium ( www.wosrj.com )

Second Sub-page
This is about the apartment. It should list in bullets the features of the apartment and then have a photo gallery of the view and various rooms. I have attached sample photos but will eventually have to use more photos.

I will then use google adwords and SEO to get people to the site.
