Brief de Web Design

Designers: PLEASE NOTE: we only need the home page design(one page), not a fully coded website
I need a design for a website home page in pdf (no coding)
I would like the top and bottom links to stay where they are(as attached original home page)

When a customer reaches our home page I want them to know they are looking at a parking site home page most car parking websites do not immediately give this impression.
-The site is not online yet but it is for people to advertise parking spaces they own that are not used all of the time and for motorists to book and pay to use them.

I have set out below what I like and text changes but please only use these as a guide and not a must have,also alter text if you think it needs it.

HOME PAGE
Look at this site for background (it’s a map) I also like the main colours of this site blues/white/black as these are in keeping with a parking sign.

I like the visual attached woman holding a parking sign ,if you use it you
you will only need woman and parking sign delete everything else on this visual

In car parking line visual-you will need to change the colours (attached) I would like to keep the 3 boxes the middle box to have the silhouette shape of a car no text
-the empty left box to have the text Do you own a parking space in London?
-The empty right box to have the text- If it’s not in continuous use it could be making money

Again using the parking line visual,we need two larger boxes(same size as attached original home page)with the text attached
