Brief de Design de Logo

Hi Designers!

I need a logo design for an accelerator called "Tri5" (pronounced "Thrive"). The idea is that startups are like little seeds and now they are growing into little plants and thriving in a harsh business environment. It is showing that a startup will grow with Tri5 as Tri5 has the ingredients of success via its accelerator program.

I like the colour orange which represents success and fun. Tri5 has to be a logo that targets people in their 20s with high energy and passion. Please feel free to be creative and give your recommendations.
