Brief de Design Illustration
We’re seeking an up-to-date illustration/design that will be printed on a pen (use template: Pen Template with Imprint.psd) with a lot of impact for the real estate industry.
Primary image (some ideas, but we’re open to others):
-House with Sold Sign/Slogan
-House only
-House with Key(s)
-Cartoon house with smile/thumbs up
-House in Magnifying Glass
Background: Some type of subtle pattern, gradient or abstract for visual interest, but does not compete/detract from customer imprint.
Design must use enclosed product template and generic 5 line 30 character customer imprint.
Please view all reference files to better understand this project prior to beginning. File named "Design Library Examples.pdf" shows some completed designs for reference.

Clarification regarding color palette: artists should use one or more colors from the palette, but designs should not use all of these colors in same design.
Rather than creating a realistic house image, please create an image that is stylized. Think of it as a logo with the word "sold" or a key incorporated somehow.
The overall image/background is similar to a business card that we wrap around a pen.
Alternate option: We will also accept a house or real estate related logo. Logo should have modern stylized look and include the word "sold" This option can be a single color rather than pulling from color palette provided.

- Some type of generic house image. Clear/Easy to read customer imprint area. Bold colors (see color palette file). Better to keep primary graphics to left side of template. Also keep in mind how your design will look when wrapped around a pen (top and bottom will meet). Please see file: Template Explanation for a visual reference. CMYK color space.

- Design that can work in a vertical or horizontal layout. Shiny effect.

- Should not look like clipart. Avoid fine lines/detail since this will be lost on small product/template.
