Brief de Design de Panneau

I need a signage design for my billboard that is going up end of December.

-I target the higher end waterfront properties ($1,000,000 +) in Paradise Point, QLD, Australia so it needs to be sleek, funky yet sophisticated and professional and needs to have my photo- or if you have an idea with someone else's photo, then I can have one taken that's the same.

-The purpose is to target those who are thinking about selling/buying property.
We want people to remember the ad, so it's top of mind.

-The billboard is on the side of the road, and will be lit up at night and I'll have it for 13 months. Needs to be noticeable from the road, but nothing tacky and too loud.

Needs to have my name, Ellie Crawford and my contact number and business logo (attached).
