Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a new company in the SF Bay area called Arch Partnership. We create pathways for mid and large technology, energy, and manufacturing companies to connect with and hire service members transitioning from military to civilian careers. We would like to have the design communicate that we are helping to span a gap between two sides that would be difficult to traverse otherwise and in an accountable and responsible manner. The visual might show a connecting ramp or bridge between two highways or something along these lines. For colors, earth tones of blue, green, red, and/or gray are all acceptable.
