I need to create a flyer to advertise an Luxury Self Catering Apartment Complex in a Ski Resort in Europe. The development offers luxury accommodation to those who are on a budget.

Below is what needs to be included and a basic layout design idea i had that can be changed. The information is important. Hoping to get it on a flyer sized 21.6 x 14 cm

Title - 'Luxury Self Catering Ski Apartments For Rent'
Sub Title - 'Located 200m from Gondola, Restaurants and Bars'

Studio - Sleeps 1-2 - From only £200 per week
1 Bed - Sleeps 2-4 - From only £250 per week
