Lauching a fun vietnamese sub shop in an urban area. Target market will be comprised of high school students and young professionals. The sub shop name will be Banh Mi Zone. Branding CONCEPT would be a play on words off of the Vietnamese DMZ. The focus of the restaurant would be to celebrate, inspire, and evoke tasty culinary creations of Vietnamese cuisine rather than the tragedy of the region. Logo may Incorporate red and black with popaganda flare.
