Brief de Design Icône

Our company, Lead411, provides information about companies. In addition every year, we do these awards for the "hottest" companies in specific cities. We need to build an image/badge for these awards. We have built some "badges" in the past with another graphic designer... we liked what he did, but are no longer working with him. See below.

So we just need a badge built. We need the image to have 2 sizes - 1 large at ~210 pixels and 1 small at ~70 pixels. We also have a list of Cities that we need to swap out for each different metro badge.
