Brief de Design de Flyer

We need a flyer that will be distributed through letter boxes for a small company based in Leamington Spa, called Manuel and Manolo - We offer an in depth cleaning service as a one off, or regular weekly cleaning to suit the client. Manuel and Manolo are experienced in hotel housekeeper services, and know the difference between what looks clean and what really is clean. We would like the designs to include green and blue colours. The flyer should also have a hint of humour but communicate trust and flexibility.

I the flyer to capitalise on the personality of these two Spanish guys doing a cleaning service.
- Logo: Use words – Manuel & Manolo
o In Century Gothic Bold font
o Use a hoover to create the ‘&’ giving it the quirky logo

I like the use of the strap line “ we know the difference between what looks clean and what really is clean”

We will provide a phone number and an email address as contact details which should appear at the bottom of the flyer.

Blue and Green colours to be used

I want the flyer to convey the fact that we don’t take our selves too seriously hence the need for humour (a bit like Manuel in faulty towers), but the Home Cleaning Service is the main service that is offered so please use images that convey ‘Homey’ feelings.
