Brief de Design Wordpress

A new property development company in Sydney requires a new website.
This version (Version 1) is very simple and will represent one, small aspect of what the company does, which is acquiring properties for redevelopment:

Needed:
- 1 page incorporating copy, logo and illustration.
- Email contact form.
- Contact information.

It will be expanded in the next few months to include another section for marketing homes for sale (Version 2). This section should sit on top of the Version 1 (in the top section of the same scrolling page).

So this initial design must be able to simply incorporate the expansion.

The site design needs to:
- Take up the entire width of the monitor.
- Not be too different from companies corporate look and feel.
- Be simple, functional and elegant.
- Have a long scroll (1 page) with navigation items at the top of the screen simply linking to the corresponding section lower in the page.
