Brief de Design Wordpress

I'm intending to buy a LMS theme for my wordpress site. But I need someone to help me design a few posters for the slider and set up the entire site for me. The LMS theme I'm eyeing has everything I need. But I don't have the time to figure things out.

I'm looking at either:

I also need you to help me clear up the files I don't need on the server. So basically I need someone to design the new site for me, the LMS theme should make things easier but I'll need some customizations. I also need a webmaster who can help me set up the entire site so I don't have to turn on the widget or mess around with the theme.

Another thing, I have SEO done onsite so I can't change the contents, the meta-tags and such.
