Brief de Design de Logo

We are a digital audit consultancy company. It is not popular work as we audit digital agencies and their performance and payment plans with clients. Our services are to audit and configure digital marketing programmes like SEO, PPC, Local Area Marketing, Email Marketing, Agency Retainer Agreements, Content Management Selection Criteria and analytics audits and configurations.

We are currently going by the name www.evalet.com.au however are changing this to:
Digital Marketing Audit (DMA)
to better reflect our service offering and be clearer about what we offer as a core service. We are looking for a logo that ups us in the sophistication stakes, especially with larger corporates that need to see a premium offering.

I have uploaded one of example of something I liked, but basically the logo should be:
- Austere - audits are complex tasks it should convey competence
- sophisticated - this is a complex offering
- trusted - we only get called in when things are wrong
- clients who see the logo should just 'get it' - what we are
- most audit companies are the big accounting firms...we would like some of that heritage but not so 'old'
- other companies that do this are www.digitalstrategyconsultants.co.uk
- coulours should be silver and dark red if possible although this can be varied
- the logo 'DMA' should be creative (see attachment) and underneath should be the phrase 'digital marketing audit' in smaller font
- the font should be that used in the attachment
- no need to have a quirky image or anything like that - we think the letters should be it if they are done in a bold imposing font with a good heritage colour scheme
