We need a logo design for our company 'World Private Equity'. Our tagline is specialists in world-class investment. We are based in Sydney, Australia operate globally - particularly Asia and Europe. We are a boutique investment company and thus we require an exclusive logo that has presence, represents the best of the best, reflective of a boutique firm, appeals to high net worth clients, is simple yet sophisticated in design, conveys trust and gives clients confidence in our credentials.
We want a design that is strong, commanding and memorable. We would like it to be uncluttered in appearance. Something that is competitive in the market but can also 'cut through' as it is slightly edgy but at the same time, appealing to some conservative mindsets.
The colours should be appropriate for a global market and reflective of the financial industry. We have been thinking gold, red, silver, blue, grey, black - but want to be guided by your ideas.

- The design must be memorable and have presence. It must be uncluttered in appearance. Our name, our brand must be instantly recognisable. The brand that you create has to translate into business cards, websites, presentations, branding on printed advertisements. We don't want a design that has to have a number of iterations to be recreated for each different purpose.
Bien d'avoir
- Some form of a graphical representation, abstract or other may be nice to have to compliment the company name.
Ne doit pas comporter
- We would not like to see a complicated design that is cluttered. We want a design which has less than 3 elements. The logo needs to be culturally appropriate in Australia, Europe the US and Asia so colours such as green and purple are not good choices.
