Brief de Design de Poster

I love the principles of a book called "How to win friends and influence people". I use the principles all the time at work. I'd like a poster made (map or web style design) to capture the books reminders. You can see a very basic verison of the design i'm looking for attached below "project summary".I've attached a word document of the text to include. Ive also attached two examples of the types of designs i'm looking for. The design will have to look modern and clear when printed on an 45.7 x 61 cm canvas.
