Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a small private charter airline based in South Africa. The planes take between 2 and 20 people to remote areas for safari purposes or across international borders (executives etc). They also do evacuation for emergency medical purposes.
The company has been running for a number of years but are in desperate need of an upgrade. It is a family run business and currently their logo uses the family crest (eagle/phoenix) but the composition and font is terrible.
We'd like to see some options with:
a) an updated and simplified version of the crest/eagle/phoenix and a modern version of the 'HAC'.
b) The HAC with a different symbol depicting aviation and movement.
Please stick to the silver and blue colour scheme. Current logo has been uploaded.
