Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a new corporation Based in California. We manage workman's comp claims and supporting services for self insured public and private entities. We liaise between clients, patients, doctors and nurses to help speed patients back to work in a safe and personal way. We want to portray a professional, personal and modern feeling. We are considering green as the main color for our brand identity but we are open. I have attached a couple of photo reference of competition.
