Brief de Design de Logo
Property development company. Luxury, quality high end developments.
Logo to focus on the word 'Vue', the words Property Development can be smaller this is what we do.
I am looking for simplicity and sophistication in the logo.
I am open to creative ideas.
I have attached pics of some iconic buildings in Melbourne as this is our base of operations.
'Vue' has been used in the context view, vision, foresight (french) so maybe there is something here that will help with your vision for my brand.

hi everyone
Many designs have come in and i am impressed, we still don't have the one perfect.
But i wanted to say please don't just provide cleaned up version of the first attachment in my brief, i have already had evolved versions of this that are much better.

From the submissions to date if you plan to use an accent colour please consider green or silver (liquid metal) as i am finding these are the logos i have a preference to.

Hi,
I have had some magnifying glass options that are well conceived but not quite right.
Perhaps try not only a magnifying glass but a looking glass/ telescope as an icon . . . .

The other ideas i was surprised not to see were more focus on a view or scene, there were some that looked at a skyline of buildings but not quite right.
Just thought given that VUE is View in english that this would have been attempted, if that offers any direction to anyone still playing with ideas.

Hi to be fair to anyone half way through a concept, i am about to close the comp as we have found what we think is the best logo for us.

- VUE as the focus, Property Development less prominent.

- Like the idea of black and white if done correctly, with the ability to give it a metallic finish in the correct applications.. e.g. the website and business cards may work with a metallic look to the logo, but embroidery on a t-shirts would be a solid colour.
Liquid metal finish to logo or option for, in order to make decision I need to know that the logo works in different applications. So black on white, white on black, and a metallic look would help assess.
