Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo for a new retailer called Canyon Pass Provisions. We sell apparel, hard goods, and accessories for those pursuing outdoor adventures. We would like our logo to be able to look as good in black and white as it does in color. In fact, color would be a welcome option but is not necessary. We would like the logo to include an image or images that reflect our focus on the outdoors (tree, bison, mountain, etc). We prefer simplicity in design and appreciate abstract designs. We would like to be able to use the logo with and without the company name. When using the company name, the Provisions part of the name can be in a smaller font or left out altogether if you wish -- most will refer to us as Canyon Pass. We prefer a western-type text for text font - see attached file.
