Are you "stuck" :) on any particular colors?
How will the notes be attached to the blister card?
Is the card going to be part of the permanent packaging for the product life or is it merely for the hanging display?

Thanks for the questions. As far as colors go we want something eye catching, colorful and bright.

The pads go inside a clear blister that is put through a heating process that attaches it to the blister card. This is the section labeled "blister area" on the example. That portion of the blister card might need some background color but no graphics in that area.

The blister card is intended to be for retail display and to give the customer a quick visual idea of how the product is used. After purchase the pad is removed and the blister card is disposed of.

Not who CH is, but we have added a second version of the blister card layout in a word.doc format.
