Brief de Design de Logo
New startup called Zentelligence (Zen + Intelligence) and will primarily operate in the sustainable / responsible investment space. It will inform investors on optimising their investments as well as advise businesses on becoming better investment prospects.
The Zen is to represent "low stress", calmness, quiet confidence. The intelligence refers to analytics, informed decisions, reliable, consistent.
The responsible / sustainable business space is one that balances financial success with progressing society and protecting nature. It understands that society needs a healthy natural environment to survive and financial success in the long term depends on a smooth functioning social context.
Beyond these elements it is desirable for the design to communicate integrity, trust, partner, collaboration, innovation, growth.
Logo design must work with and without company name.
Please note: separate contests (already paid) for business card & stationary design will follow selection of an appropriate logo.

Many thanks for your submissions.
Many of the designs create a logo using 'Z', this need not be the case. Unless it's integrated and separable from the name, the use of 'Z' is probably undesirable.
Ideally, in addition to the intent described in the brief, the logo will communicate an integration / blending / merging of
1. Business / Economic
2. People / Society
3. Nature / Ecology
Describing your concept and where the various elements nuances have come from will help me better understand and engage with your design.

- Should not focus on the word or a specific letter e.g. 'Z'.
