What is the entire budget for your 2-3 minute video comprised of 20 slides?

Do you need just slides, or are you asking for animations and also a final video format?

Animation and video work is a separate skill-set to laying out of infographic images.

Can you elaborate on what exactly you expect to be the final product on the specified budget?. A 2-3 minute video with motion graphics would be lot more expensive to produce. At least if you want a quality product. My estimate on the attached youtube video would be at least £1000.
