Brief de Design de Logo

I am starting my new dental office in Encino California. I do general dentistry but my emphasis is on dental implants, and then cosmetic dentistry. I like to have a logo that I can use for sign on my office walls, glass, business card, stationary etc. It would be nice to have a dental implant incorporated in it but is NOT a must.
My office name is not set yet but I have few names in mind in order of liking: "Encino Dental Associates", Encino Dental Group", Bina Dental Associates" " S. Issac Bina, DDS"
I am flexible with colors as long as I can use it or have the ability to change it while keeping the logo. 2-3 colors is good but I am flexible as long as I like it. Dark Blue/ Magenta is fine but does not have to be. Something professional looking.
