Brief Summary
A London based seafood business needs a logo for internally branding, communicating and deployment of a strategic focus aimed at becoming eXperts in the categories of products that we do to generate improved margins.
“eXperts for Margins”
The aim is to make the theme of “eXperts in our categories for improved Margins’ live in our business and be at the forefront of people’s minds.
To have employees inspired to grow and share their expertise and play their part in growing the business profit and motivate to find a way to save some money or drive margin.
Brand Name: X4M
X4M means “eXperts for Margins”
Purpose and Requirements:
The logo will be used in all change management communication and possible training material, product sheets.
The key attributes of the logo must, Simple, Celebration, and Easy Recognition, Fun and Providing Constant Reminders.
Visual, Stimulus and Insignia for Performance Awards which we shall call X Awards
Essentially the logo needs to be something that can be extended to other “sub brands “of theme. The sub-brands logos for internal staff development program called X Academy ( meaning expert academy) and a staff motivating award program called X4M Awards.

The organization is highly entrepreneurial. Unfortunately, because of a NDA I cannot disclose the name.

This logo must be capable of being extended to sub brand our training program which we will refer to as eXpert academy and branded as "X Academy". Employees will be taught how to be eXperts at improving margins for the business and to be eXperts in everything we do as a business then they if the eXcel in that they win X4M Award. They will have their faces put on a notice board/wall which we will call "eXpert Gallery".
To have a logo which brand the stratergy is called is Ideally we need a logo which says X4M and with a varients says X4M Award and X Academy with a constant X that conveys the meaning for experts remaining constant. As a business we use the Navy Blue and light blue colours in our branding so try put the logo in blue and lets see what happens.
