Brief de Design de Logo

Design a logo for our new flight school, Hillsboro Aero Academy. We do airplane and helicopter professional pilot training. We want to include the name with the concept of an curved/slanted arrow or one that changes shows a 90 degree change in direction or something similar. We like the arrow concept between it conveys movement and aircraft takeoff and also the trajectory of the career path.

Our target market is males and females 18-32 and we do business both internationally. We want something that feels fresh and youthful, but will still represent us well in the various markets around the world where we conduct business.

As for color, we are leaning toward a blue. We currently use PMS 294 but are open to a different blue and probably having an orange or golden color as the compliment. We want something that feels vibrant. Please try to keep the design simple and clean.
