The Charlotte Wellness Institute is a membership medical home practice, offering personalized care that is fully integrated with our nationally recognized team of physicians, staff and facilities. Our Wellness Institute physicians are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, in person, by phone, or email. Our innovative secure online access allows our members to schedule appointments online, email their doctor, get lab results, track their health history and request prescription refills.
