With the size of this banner, it would almost be worth having a flash banner instead, because of size and required images requested the gif would be greater than 30Kb(about 1Mb), however I have a flash banner created if interested and it is only 55KB. I am not 100% on if you can request the file types to be Flash or not, and is the reason I am posting this comment.
