Brief de Design de Flyer

We at Habitat Residential (a LETTINGS AGENCY) would like a designer to create a leaflet design for a double-sided A5 campaign.

The design needs to be crisp, concise and deliver our message very coherently and logically, keeping in mind our brand awareness and promotion. The winning design needs to be innovative in terms of aesthetics.

The content required for the leaflet is as follows:

ON SIDE 1 the following text needs to be displayed:

ATTENTION LANDLORDS

5% FULL MANAGEMENT

INCLUDING

FREE RENT GUARANTEE
FREE INVENTORY

ON SIDE 2 the following text needs to be displayed:

*** LIMITED TIME OFFER ONLY ***

Recommend a Landlord to receive £200 (perhaps insert a picture of £200?)

If we rent their property successfully based on your recommendation, we will pay you a referral fee as a Thank You.


Both sides need to incorporate our HABITAT RESIDENTIAL logo (which is attached to this brief) as well as:

Further to the above both sides need to display the following logos in this order, PROPERTY OMBUDSMAN, CMP & then RIGHTMOVE. These logos are attached to this brief.

Also included in this brief are some additional artworks which need to be incorporated into the design, one being our logo car and the other a habitat residential board. With respect to the car picture and the board picture, we would want the background omitted, with just the car on display or put onto a better suited background.
