Brief de Design Wordpress

Our current site is on the WIX platform. We want to redesign it using Wordpress. We are very open to graphic enhancements. Must be a responsive. Home page needs some sort of social feed aggregator that displays content posts from all our social networks.

Project Scope:
Graphic design
UX
WordPress Installation (including all required enhancements.
The home page of the site should be built using a social aggregator add-in similar to what is running on the live site.
For all ads AD Use IAB UAP standard sizes.: http://www.iab.net/guidelines/508676/508767/displayguidelines
At the very least:
Leaderboard AD in the header/Footer of the site (728x90)
Wide skyscraper (160x600) (on secondary pages)
ThrillNetwork is a hobby site. We've been around for a long time. Your design will get noticed!!!

Thanks for these great designs. Solid starts but you're not following the guidelines set out in the design brief.
Specifically:
