PSD is sufficient, no coding is required on this project. If the winner is able to code this using Wordpress, an additional fee would be offered to slice and code the site.

As for required pages. A homepage and at least 1 secondary content page should be designed. A services page would be a good third page, but isn''t required. If the winning design doesn''t have a services page, we would negotiate an additional fee for a services page and a contact us page.

We don''t, honestly, have much content at the moment. We''re not really marketing experts, over here, so I''d say just have some blank spaces where you think content is needed, and we''ll fill it. We''re planning on a bio about our company (small web development agency, located in San Francisco, nationwide client base, multi-industry from healthcare, finance, and automotive). A bio about our owner, Ri Scott.

We''re still working on a tagline, but we kind of like: "Building a cloud application so solid, you can''t fall through it." Or "Our applications work so well, it''s like they''re running on cloud 9."

What you like? Long Page Modern Website or Regular Website?

Honestly, either could work. Go with whatever you think you can give the strongest design.
