Brief de Design de Logo

We specialize in unique end grain cutting boards made out of woods from around the world. Our designs compare to no one else, which is why we are in need of a simple, yet unique logo for our business.
Our desire is to have an old butcher block style with a cleaver (?).

Our designs in cutting boards are always changing with the quality and durability improving with each board. We consider ourselves "upscale" in design which we would like to be reflected in the logo.

The name of our business is "The Custom Cutting Block." We like the black, brown, white, etc. to match a wood theme.
