Brief de Design de Logo

This is a Student Ministry at New Covenant COG and we are a Christian organization. I am looking for a Cutting edge/grungy design with NCSM (New Covenant Student Ministers) worked in the design some how. This design is for ages 12 to 25 but I don't want anything that looks childish. NCSM is how our group is identified so working that in the design is very important. We are looking to put this design on t-shirts, decals etc.... I'm open to any colors that both men and woman can wear but also something that looks good in black and white. We are in a city Location and our goal is to win the world to Christ. I do not want crosses, Christian fish Logo, or pictures of Jesus on the design. thanks
