Brief de Design Wordpress

We just bought equipmentconsultants.com and we need a 2 page website in wordpress coding. The top of the page should have a place to flash pictures of equipment examples that we consult on, selling or buying. "you can borrow pictures of all kinds of Dozers, Excavators, Backhoes, Mining Equipment from all over the Internet.

THE HOME PAGE
Then the first page needs to have 2 sections for general content, with links menu built in somewhere. We may add up to 10-15 links over time, so save some space for us. Then the 2nd page just needs to be a general contact form, for the buyer and seller. The 2 sections need to be set up for. 1.The buyer - Explanation - 2. For the Seller - Explanation -

THE FORM PAGE
There will be about 10 fields for general info so they can submit inquries, whether it is a seller contacting us to sell equipment, or a buyer wanting us to find them a specific piece of equipment. Just figure about 10 fields.

Logo
We need logo built in that represents equipment sales….

THIS MUST BE BUILT IN WORDPRESS CODE. It is our understanding that google is favoring websites built in wordpress.
