Brief de Design de Logo

Need a logo design for an established professional firm that sells complex personal, commercial and industrial insurance. We sell based on a consultative basis and review many options for our clients insurance needs. Make recommendations in a consultative manner. We would like to limit the design to three colors, maybe four if necessary. We would like to incorporate red and grey into the design. Red has been our primary color for branding. It is OK for the design to be modern, but we want to portray professionalism and don't want it to be too playful or whimsical. Some ideas of what it could communicate are; security, protection, commitment, solutions, problem solving, risk transfer, relationships & trust.
