Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo, for signage and other media, to promote a unique convenience store in a renovated 1800's era building that is located in the downtown area of a former steel mill city.

The decor of this 300 sq ft store has an industrial flavor to it and is located in a restored 1860's era building, with red brick interior walls and store fixtures that I made out of white oak and shipping pallets. The name of the store is Dave's Detour since my name is Dave and it's located somewhat off the beaten path. I'll be selling pre-packaged sandwiches and desserts from local restaurants, canned soft drinks, bottled water, snack foods, greeting cards, small collectible items, greeting cards, special downtown event Tee-Shirts and knick-knacks (Dave Grohl, of Foo Fighters and Nirvana fame, is from our town and the Dave Grohl Alley is located on one side of my store) handmade scented soaps and fine cigars.

The design of the logo must include the words "Dave's Detour" and most likely include some type of detour sign type arrow that is possibly curved or angled, since it will point to the entrance of the store. I'd prefer an old fashioned look to it, but am open to your interpretation of my description. I plan on building a sign, with this logo and light bulbs on it, to hang in front of the store.
