Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a new company based in San Francisco called Flash Flux. We are creating a health and wellness community and personal training company that supports social causes. We would like to see designs that use the color blue as a focal point, and have elements of "phoenix rising" wings, lighting bolt (think Flash Gordon), and rainbow elements (see attached clipart images). I would like to use a font similar to the attached City of Joy logo and/or the Gay Games font - http://www.gg9cle.com. We would like the logo to be suitable for web and print (training clothes, tshirts, etc.), and we'd like it to be suitable for full color as well as black and white.
