Brief de Design de Logo

Logo needs to look good in Black and white as it does in colour. My coaching is all about goals, the vision ahead and the steps taken to get there. (An idea but not essential - I like the idea of a trail of Circles or bubbles starting small getting bigger then smaller representing the choices, journeys or pathways. Love the teardrop shape as well as circles.) I am looking for something that is aesthetically pleasing, clean, balanced. My initials are BB so if your clever and can incorporate them into the design fantastic ;)
