Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo design for my property management company. The company tends to the student rental market. I manage and own properties near universities all over New York.

I would like to incorporate the infinity sign and real estate in the design. I want the design to have black grey and white as the base colors with either bright blue, yellow, green or orange as a pop out color.

• Infinity sign and real estate incorporated. I was thinking maybe having a sketch of a city landscape connecting to an infinity sign on the bottom but I am really open to anything.
• If you look at the files I uploaded I really like the color scheme of the Geneva Johnson design. I am open to changing the bright color to either, yellow, green or orange or you can leave the blue.
