Brief de Design de Logo

Need a logo design for a new charter fishing business launching in Newport, RI in the spring. Need a high res logo I can use in various applications. The crude scetctch I made is what the general layout should end up like. The two pro rods crossed, the buoys on each side of that "x," the word two on top of the x and buoyz on the bottom. The images attached are examples of graphics I would like combined for a final product with the water image as the background for say, a business card.
