We are in need of an additional marketing Landing Page that we can use to test and improve our user acquisition. We will be looking at a minimum of one page selection, but are open to awarding up to 5 depending on the quality of work and the different variables to test.
Our current homepages are www.chores.com and https://www.chores.com/lps/firstnhours.aspx?c=MARKETING39&city=Toronto&gclid=CIqXg7z_wsECFUKCMgodknwAGA and we are looking for ways that will improve 1) Account Creation and 2) Appointment Bookings by making them more simple. Please look at the entire process and address the main issues in the Landing Page that you create.
Competitors include www.handy.com and www.homejoy.com
The design will be entirely up to your discretion, however the required aspects are below:
1) Maintain Corporate color scheme
2) Target audience are new users coming from offer based marketing campaigns
3) Will need an area of the page with a changeable 'offer message'
4) The offer area mentioned above should also be easily removable if there is no offer
5) The focus is on new users but we will still need to have a visible 'sign in button' for returning users
6) Facebook login and create account with email CTA's both must be large and visible
7) Opt-in for eNewsletter button when email address is collected
8) We also have a short informative video so feel free to incorporate that in a version

*general information and booking form on the HP to reduce the click needed to get to account creation or booking
