Brief de Design de T-shirt

I'm looking for a design that will be used on a t-shirt to raise funds for a mountaineering expedition to Mount Vinson in Antarctica. I want the design to include penguin(s), perhaps a map of Antarctica, be playful (appeal to both kids and adults) and a design that would reach beyond those that know the climbers individually (i.e. people might be willing to just buy the shirt). Mount Vinson is part of the "Seven Summits", the highest peak on all seven continents. The climb is incredibly remote, pristine, and expensive. In mocking up a design, I had penguins standing atop each others shoulders forming a pyramid/mountain (together we get up the mountain) and that seems to have gotten a pretty good response. The climb will occur in late fall 2011. The title for the T-Shirt "Mt. Vinson 2011" and "Antarctica" since not many folks know Mt. Vinson lives in Antarctica.
