Brief de Design de Carte de Visite

I would like to develop a tasteful card (that would compliment my existing business card) that provides my patients a written link to a portal on my website that would facilitate the generation of online reviews.

My existing business card was a Designcrowd project a few years ago and has been well received. I hope that it is easily accessed online for reference.
