Brief de Design de Logo

We are a new small company called "Archery Bisconi - Traditional Archery Suppliers" that supplies traditional archery items such as bows, arrows, quivers, belts and arm guards to the general public and also to medieval re-enactment groups. We handmake some of our items and most are made from wood & leather with a traditional/medieval design to them, but we do also use fibreglass and modern materials.
Our customer base consists of all age groups & genders with children being just as important to us as adults. We cater more for target archers and not hunters of live game.
We pride ourselves in our personal touch and approach to providing people with what will suit them best, especially people trying archery for the first time.
We would like to see the use of the colours of red, black & grey in the design. It would possibly show movement and not be too abstract in design.
We would like to see the use of the initials "AB" in a combined/entwined flowing 'medieval' type font that could also be used/adapted as a stamp/label on the handmade bows & leather items.
The final design should have a medieval feel to it, but not necessarily be dominated by that.
Our current logo is quite good but we do not like that the "archer" is a modern character.
