are you going to upload the following
3. Format should include our newsletter articles - usually 2 or 3 articles
4. Format should include a "special offer"

The mail chimp template will include snippets of newsletters with pictures that link to my website articles. http://www.pillarproperty.com.au/property-articles/
The free offer would be an image that links to something like this
