Brief de Design de Carte Postale

I need a postcard design to announce the online sale of my paperback book listed on Amazon.com and Createspace.com. My book is about Christmas and belief in God told in short stories, poems, and prayer to help individuals, children, and families celebrate Christmas.
I live in Houston, TX with my retired parents and younger sister in our neighborhood that has a lot of retired citizens and neighbors. The book is a tribute to the neighborhood which is the source of inspiration for the poem which has the same title as the book "Flickering Lights, Blinking Lights." I wrote that poem in 2001 after a car tour of the neighborhood in December of 2000.
This is my first book that I've written and is listed on Amazon.com and CreateSpace.com. I have a high resolution cover jpeg upload that I would like to use on the front (full color) of the postcard. The basic information showing when it's for sale and where it can be bought is what I need printed on the postcard. I have marketing copy that can be used, also. I want the postcard to convey joy and cheer to communicate the mood of the season as well as of the book, "Flickering Lights, Blinking Lights."
