Brief de Design de Logo
We are a spanish real estate company in the process of renewing ourself after 10 years in the business. We are going to split in to multiple companies and therefore looking for a new logo that is going to represent a trendy and solid concept within the industry.
We will also post a new project for redesign on one of our existing web pages after we have found the right logo.

To all hard working designers out there!
We do appreciate your creativity and we would therefore like to give a quick response in a early phase to avoid any confusion.
We are looking for a more stronger and firm expression as well as more neutral and professional look. (No suns, palm trees and waves etc. Sorry) We would like to see a logo suited for a more overall purpose covering all our related businesses within the property industry.
I refer to my attachments and recommend that you all study it carefully and use them as a guiding inspiration. We would like two elements, a strong symbol (representing what we do, quality, selling dreams, lifestyle, change, buying, selling, renting homes, value for money, best price, logic, trust, easy of use etc.) inspired by the Apple podcast symbol and a text naming Mediter.
We are currently investing in the development of a new online property listing/ bid system with a very high profile where design and user experience is of highest importance. Our services are to be used on vide range of media such as the Apple iPhone and therefore need a unique symbol/ recognition fitting standard button sizes etc.
We are going to use black top, gray boxes and white in our basic design. White basic pages with the use of mirror effect elements and glass look symbols in a modest way.

- To suit our future business concept the logo should have a suitable icon /symbol making it optimized for easy recognition. We are inspired of Apple style elements and design and include a file showing preferred colors, style, impression and use of icon/ symbol. The font used should be simple
Ne doit pas comporter
- The logo should not have a symbol or elements above or under. We prefer it to be on the left side and work apart from the logo.
